Intervention 4.1: Experiments in the cultivation of high-quality agricultural products.
This intervention aimed at promoting rural development strategies to favour the integration between agricultural production and the environment. It brought about awareness-raising actions aimed at encouraging agricultural operators to diversify their products and improve their quality. 6 demonstrative and experimental pilot projects have been financed for a total investment 657.590   and a public contribution of 388.952  . Each beneficiary, in cooperation with research centres participating in experiments for the introduction of new agricultural techniques, has published the results of its activity in a summary distributed at seminars and sent to a list of farmers, agrarians, etc. This distribution of the results was possible also through the initiatives of economic promotion of the LAG DELTA 2000 including, among other things, a piecemeal distribution to all the schools of the area in order to raise the awareness of the young concerning possible agricultural innovative methods.
