“Research study for the drawing up of a vine-growing system with a low environmental impact to be applied in the Po Delta Park areas” – Farming enterprises
The experimental project for the drawing up of new vine-growing techniques with a low environmental impact in the Po Delta Park area has been carried out by a farm in cooperation with the Centre for Agriculture and Environment (Crevalcore - Bologna). The area considered stretches between the marshes of Comacchio and the sea, and has a long vine - growing tradition whose production has obtained the D.O.C denomination. The project first outlined the new environmentally-sound techniques, then monitored their application, in line with the environmental protection of the Park of the Po Delta. These techniques were applied both to existing and new vineyards of the D.O.C area “Bosco Eliceo”.
