Intervention 6.2, Pilot Projects for the enhancement of natural areas

Project “Natural route to the lighthouse of Goro” – Municipality of Goro
This project is part of a framework project for the recovery of the harbour of Goro and Gorino carried out by the Municipal Administration through different financing tools. This specific project aims at the enhancement and recovery of the embankment of the Inlet of Goro, in the Po Delta Park, through a natural route connecting the navigation basin of the harbour of Gorino with the old lighthouse, an ancient building recently restored and turned into a wildlife observatory. The project envisages the creation of a catwalk over the basin to enable the access to disabled as well as the use of natural materials in the creation of the path.
