Intervention 6.2, Pilot Projects for the enhancement of natural areas

Project “Special routes for environmental cultural tourism, trekking, horse riding, cycling” – Municipality of Lagosanto
The project envisages the creation of a new path to promote local tourism and connect the area to an inter-municipal system covering the municipalities located on the axis of the Po di Volano. The new path should contribute to the enhancement of the old sediment of the Marozzo canal, which is still indicated in the maps and connects the water-scooping machine, also called Marozzo, to the City of Comacchio. The creation of the path is accompanied by the re-introduction of indigenous tree species to shade the path and improve the landscape.
