Differentiation
of restaurant activities, creation of a room devoted
to food tasting – Restaurant
The beneficiary is a typical restaurant that
has been open for quite a long time and has its regular
customers. The intervention consists in devoting a room
of the restaurant to food tasting in order to differentiate
and improve the service. The rooms is furnished in rural
style and offers typical local dishes. It is used for
special events organised on specific occasions during
the year. It hosts dinners aimed at promoting local
food products as wine, eel, rice, etc. with the participation
of well-known chefs. Public financing contributed to
refurbish the room and buy the necessary kitchen equipment.
