Approval of the project to promote offer and demand on the local labour market.

The project Flexibility and innovation potential of enterprises and workers, part of the EU Initiative Equal, has been declared eligible for Action 1, which aims at the definition of Geographical Partnerships.
It consists in carrying out surveys and training initiatives for enterprises and workers (with particular attention to groups with specific problems) in the Province of Ferrara. These initiatives aimed at fostering mutual flexibility in terms of working conditions. This project was presented by Consorzio Ferrara Ricerche and saw the participation of the Industrial Association of Ferrara and the Agencies for Development Sipro and DELTA 2000.
The partners are now working on an analytical definition of the work plan to be developed in the following phases.
